The STX ATK women’s lacrosse head is a new stick by STX. It features STX patented elastomer overmold that creates the dead ball feel while also reducing ball rattle. The elastomer lined sidewalls allow for increased control and accuracy when passing, cradling, and shooting. Abrupt incline of the bottom rail to the scoop for a quicker release. The ATK features the STX Island Ball stop that reduces weight and is more aerodynamic. Lowest legal sidewalls for the deepest legal pocket. The pocket is the STX precision pocket, the most broken-in pocket in the women’s stick.
The shaft is the STX Tremor. The tremor is a molded composite 1” handle. Patent pending molded grip at one end for comfort and improved feel. It creates channels for your fingers to fit into. You can also flip it for the molded grip to be at the top or bottom. Most players prefer the molded grip at the bottom. It is lightweight, but still strong and stiff. It has a soft rubberized finish.
