Shipping and availablity
We ship most orders within 24 hours of receipt. We inventory over 99% of the products on our site so we can quickly ship the products to you. We ship all orders via United States Postal Service or UPS depending on the type of shipping you select. Our last shipment is picked up at 4:00 Central Standard Time. Any orders received after 3:30 CST will be shipped out the next business day. Any "Next Day" orders received on Thursday after 3:30 or Friday will be delivered on Monday. There is no Saturday delivery service. All UPS orders placed are considered "BUSINESS" days, as they do not count Saturday or Sundays. Also keep in the mind that the day the package ships out does not count as a day either. For example, if you order UPS 2ND Business Day on a Monday, you will recieve your order on Wednesday.

Returns/Exchanges
All returns and/or exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt of order. Any Custom made goggle can NOT be exchanged or returned. The merchandise must be new (never worn... tags on!) If you are sending back for a refund and it is within the 15 days, then as soon as we receive the merchandise back, a credit will be issued to your card. After 15 days, a store credit good for 1 year will be issued. The only exception to this is from Thanksgiving through Christmas. All Christmas purchaes must be returned or exchanged by January 15.
